ALUMINUM CANS
GLASS BOTTLES & JARS
LARGE APPLIANCES
NEWSPAPER
MIXED PAPER
PLASTIC BEVERAGE BOTTLES
TIN & BI-METAL CANS
YARD WASTE
Drop-off recycling centers
Many private and public recycling centers are available throughout the county. Click here for a location near you or call the County’s Recycling Hotline at 1-877-R-1-EARTH (1-877-713-2784).
To find out where to recycle these materials and more, search our online database at www.wastefreesd.org or call 1-877-R-1-EARTH (1-877-713-2784) to speak with our bilingual (English/Spanish) hotline representatives. Hotline staff can also schedule appointments for you to properly dispose of your household hazardous waste.
